I find the guide very informative, well written, and useful. I wish I had it when I first started clean eating. It has facts that took me weeks to find. I think any AG sufferer will be glad to have it as a resource.

This book would have been so helpful that first year after I was diagnosed with Alpha-gal! I especially like the “Before you take a bite” section because it lists all the sneaky ways mammalian ingredients can sneak into our foods. I also enjoyed the section on snacks because even if we’re eating whole foods and better options, everyone wants a salty snack once in a while. I also appreciated the part about contacting manufacturers and how to do it. Eventually, everyone has to contact a manufacturer about one of their products. A splendid book with plenty of detail to make your Alpha-gal life easier one meal at a time.

Absolutely a fantastic guide for both the newly diagnosed, as well as some of us “old timers”!
Sage includes so much detail! I strongly recommend this for people suffering from this awful tick-borne allergy! Get it! You won’t be sorry!

Definitely a much needed guide for the newly diagnosed, and anyone struggling with Alpha Gal Syndrome! Sage knocked it out of the park with this amazing guide to not only AGS, but how to navigate grocery shopping and ingredients.

An absolute MUST have for anyone diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome! Very easy to scroll to each category and find the appropriate list of foods. The following page “before you take a bite” identifies tricky possibilities of hidden mammalian products that could cause a reaction. The toughest part of this diagnosis was going grocery shopping and this tool would have saved me hours! Purchase this and give it to a friend who is newly diagnosed. A great tool for school teachers, nutritionists, nurses, medical staff, family members, and anyone who has Alpha Gal Syndrome!

This is a hugely helpful and potentially life saving resource. I cannot praise it enough. I am in UK and sadly the products do not all apply to me, but that doesn’t detract from it’s use. I’m a retired health professional and have been involved in compiling healthy eating guidelines myself, so know how difficult it is to get the tone right. This does it all in a very user friendly, non patronising way.I am very impressed with the layout, appearance and content. Thank you Sage.
