I made this marinated tomatoes with grilled chicken and after blending the olive oil and red wine vinegar, it really brought out the sweetness of the tomatoes. Definitely making this again!

My go-to sides for grilled chicken are usually roasted veggies like potatoes or asparagus. Saving this post so I can try them! I’m particularly excited to try those marinated tomatoes!
If you have homegrown tomatoes, either that you pick from your backyard garden or buy at a farmer’s market, they are AMAZING in that tomato dish!
Thanks for all these great recipes! Super love the cheddar cheese sourdough biscuits and it goes really well with grilled chicken. The crispy greek fries also looks great and sounds delicious, I might reserved it when I have some grilled chicken again over the weekends.

The macaroni salad will be on my Easter dinner table this year. I’m smoking 4 chickens, my son is grilling a dozen chicken legs and thighs, and another son is deep frying 2 pounds of gizzards and livers.
Have a wonderful Easter!
That sounds delish! Happy Easter!

Grilled asparagus is one of my all-time favorite sides, especially during BBQ season. I made it last night to go with our grilled chicken and it was absolutely delicious. The garlic, salt, and pepper really brought out the natural flavors of the asparagus. Roasted Vegetable Pasta Salad is definitely on my to-make list for this weekend. I love the idea of colorful veggies tossed in tahini maple dressing.
